5I have been using this product for quite a while now and I have noticed an improved difference with my hair and skin. I have also noticed that my eyebrows have started to grow again as they had stopped at the start of peri menopause. My eyelashes are also thicker. I do take this daily and it is very easy to take in a hot drink and it dissolves well.

TSW Recovery
5I have used various treatments during my TSW journey, but by far the most impactful was this product. After being in four courses of antibiotics and feeling that my skin was suffering further - this product was recommended and the results have been life changing in my recovery. I add it to coffee in the morning, sometimes just oatmilk in the blender and latterly I have been adding some to overnight oats. With TSW healing - high protein is a must and what better protein to eat than collagen... Something our skin is actually made of!

New to the world of collagen!
5I’m new to the world of collagen but was recommended to the benefits of adding collagen as a supplement by a friend who is also my physiotherapist. Having now used collagen peptides for a month, I do feel I can tell the difference; already my nails seem to be growing stronger & my skin seems smoother and less dry. Now purchase a bundle so looking forward to how I feel in another months time.

A Must Have
5I initially started using this last year for a continuous six months and saw great results, even recommended on a hair loss forum as I had seen great results. I stopped using out of laziness, but purchased again recently. On my second tub and can already see great hair growth along hair line, so won’t be stopping this again. It has been really helpful for hair loss, but not seen much improvement on joint pain yet. I’m 52 and menopausal just for reference.

Great product and service.
4I've been taking this for 4 weeks so too early to see a difference yet. I take it either in a protein shake or a coffee. I found at first it had a slight beefy taste and was a little weird but I can't taste it now so I must have got used to it. Will definitely repurchase. Service from vital protein was great and product arrived really quickly. Not given 5 stars as I don't know if I will get the desired outcome yet!

Amazing product
5My physio recommended collagen as a supplement as I have stretched knee ligaments and need surgery for cartilage damage. Felt such a difference in a couple of weeks of using the powder. My knee still gives out but usually it constantly niggles however now it only niggles and feels sore when it gives out. I’ve had lots of compliments on my skin too. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant...
5But I went for it.... and I don't regret it. I'm only a few weeks in, but I suffer with IBS and I was worried I wouldn't be able to go to the loo (!) but so far I'm ok! Benefits are incredible, so as long as it doesn't mess my system up I'm happy to continue!

Amazing
5Great value for money, I’ve seen other makes with less collagen in but costing more, only been taking a month but already notice the changes in my skin soft and silky, can’t wait to see what changes there are at the end of another month.
