5I’ve been thinking about taking a collagen supplement for a while now and decided now that I’m 50 it’s about time! My hair has become thinner since menopause and I have felt weakness my knee joints, especially during gym workouts. I am 3 weeks into taking this collagen powder and I can say so far my skin has improved, I’m appearing more “glowy”. People have even commented on it! There is zero taste to the powder, I have tried it in coffee and mainly take it mixed with my protein powder and milk after a workout. It’s perfect! I’m definitely going to continue taking it and once it’s been a few months I’ll do another update.

5I’ve been using the collagen for 3 weeks and am already noticing a difference in my hair and nails! It’s probably to early to see anything in my skin yet but am really happy with this product! I pop 2 scoops into my coffee fist thing in the morning, i don’t notice a taste…..my only dilemma is do I try the marine collagen when I place my next order!! Love it 😊

5I was already taking collagen for quite a while in capsule form,my reasons for it are mainly my hair it’s bleached and being one of many women who are menopausal it seems it’s really taking it’s toll lots of shedding it feels very thin,to be honest my skins not too bad so wether the capsules have had some kind of effect there (maybe).Anyway I’m always on the lookout to try something new and came across this brand while googling , I haven’t been taking it long so I can’t really see any difference with my hair as yet but my skin looks and feels even better.so I have high hopes for this one this is going to be a keeper.I have a scoop in my bulletproof coffee first thing in the morning then another scoop in my second coffee and cannot taste a thing it mixes easy so no lumps it’s that simple.

4Simple and easy to use. I’ve only used it in hot liquids and it dissolves well. Although advertised as tasteless, I can definitely notice it on some drinks, so best to mix with something with enough flavour to disguise it. Also slightly thickens drinks. Think I can notice an improvement with taking it, but these things take time.

5I put it into my morning coffee and swear that it’s made a difference in less than 2 weeks on a couple of my face lines. I’m definitely continuing.
