5Definitely seen results since I started taking this collagen in my morning coffee. I've been using it for a couple of years and I really notice the difference in the way I feel if I don't take it for a few days. As a middle aged woman, I'll need this to combat the effects of menopause and will probably take it forever.

Morning Coffee Routine..
5Been using this for months now and really notice a difference to my hair and skin, i mix 2 scoops with my morning coffee after the gym and its unnoticable. it is also a great way to add 20g additional proteins to your diet if you are tracking.

Super easy to use
4Love how it easily absorbs into my morning coffee and is flavourless. I personally haven’t noticed any improvements in skin (evidence suggests hair is less related to collagen and more so keratin, so not holding out lots of hope for my hair) but will still try as my skin is entering the stage where it is losing elasticity and looking quite forlorn! Will try anything!
