5Ordered in error …however on reflection decided that capsules would be useful and convenient to take on holiday rather than the powder.

Great for travel
4I’ve been using the powder but travel a lot so thought I’d try the capsules as they’re easier to pack. They are much easier for travel. I don’t have a problem taking tablets but these are a little larger than usual and take a bit of swallowing. Very effective though.

5Bought these for my skin,not only has it plumped up my skin,but hair and nails have never grown so quickly. Onto my 3rd tub now

3I’ve only been taking them for a week so haven’t seen any results yet. I find taking 6 quite large tablets a day quite difficult. Fingers crossed it gives results

5Love these capsules, they are easy to take as I don’t need to worry about measuring quantities etc. I’ve been taking them for a few years and I’m really happy with the product.

Great but hard to swallow
4I’m used to taking the powder and have it dissolve in a hot beverage so this was a big change. The capsules are actually quite hard to swallow and you have to take quite a lot of them every day. But handy for travel which is why I got it.

Not useful
1Have been using vital collagen for 3 months now, haven't seen any difference in my skin or hair, no improvement in joints either. I used marine collagen 1 month then switched to collagen peptides, I'm 30 and I have very fine lines on my face which I was hoping would go away as I'm using collagen but nothing happened they didn't even become a little lighter than they were before in fact they are becoming more prominent. I sit sometimes with my legs crossed and it sometimes give me knee pain. I think it's totally useless. Should have seen a few improvements by now but nothing. It's just all fancy talk nothing can stop the signs of aging.

Fantastic- saw results really quickly.
5I have been using the product for 4 months now. Saw an improvement in my nails within a week and now my hair is thicker, skin softer all over- including my feet. Can also see and improvement in skin tone. Fantastic product.

Feeling good
5Been taking these for a while now and I’m over the moon, I’m taking 6 a day and my skin is lovely and joints feel so much better at the gym. Love love love
