Amazing results!
5I came across an article explaining the benefits of taking collagen and I wanted to give it a go. I then came across Vital Proteins and placed my order, and I’m so glad I did! I chose the capsules as I prefer that to a powder mixed in my drink. They are easy to take and I saw results really quick. My hair is so soft and my nails have been growing faster and stronger and my skin is also looking great! I would definitely recommend this product if you don’t want to try the powder version.

Super convenient
5I’ve been a fan of the capsule form of collagen peptides when I am on the go, travelling or even at home in the morning when I rush and don’t have the time to drink another glass of water with the powder version. On the lazy days I do enjoy the powder version too on empty stomach for even faster absorption, same way of ingesting the capsules for effectiveness. Highly recommended, me and husband swear by these collagen peptides which not only gives us glowy bouncy skin but helps mentain a healthy protein intake.

Collagen peptide 360 capsules- unflavoured
4It’s very good. Daily dosage is 2-15grams and each capsule offered 5grams each. As an 18 year old this is perfect as noticed my skin getting slightly firmer and main benefit is better bone. My nails are especially less brittle so it makes it easier to grow out and stronger. Overall I’m happy, the pills are easy to swallow and I will hope to continue using Vital Protein in the future.
