- 1 apple
- 1 bunch radishes (about 8)
- 1 lemon (including zest)
- Thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, peeled

- Roughly chop all the ingredients and put them through your juicer, according to the juicer’s instructions. If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend everything and strain it through a fine sieve to remove the pulp.
