Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake Recipe

Recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 225g pure pumpkin purée
  • 120ml almond milk or light coconut milk
  • 1 banana, chopped and frozen
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-4 scoops Vital Proteins® Collagen Peptides
  • Chopped pecans (optional)

Method:

  • Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth! For an extra thick version, add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
