Recipes makes 2 servings

  • 1 large red beet
  • 110g of your favourite fresh berries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 bunch radishes (about 8)
  • 1 lemon (including zest)
  • Thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Method:

  • Roughly chop all the ingredients and put them through your juicer, according to the juicer’s instructions. If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend everything and strain it through a fine sieve to remove the pulp.
  • Add 1-2 scoops of Collagen Peptides per 240ml juice, as desired.
  • This collagen juice recipe is best enjoyed within 12 hours of juicing.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

2. Coconut & Lime Collagen Juice

Recipes makes 3 servings.

Ingredients:

  • ½ large cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple
  • 60g spinach
  • ½ lemon (including zest)
  • 2 chard or kale leaves
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • Thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 240ml coconut water
  • 1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Method:

  • Chop all of the ingredients and blend in your juicer, according to the appliance instructions – strain through a sieve to remove any leftover pulp if necessary.
  • Stir in the coconut water, then add 1-2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides per 240ml of juice.
  • This collagen juice is best enjoyed within 12 hours, but it will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.

3. Powerful Purple Collagen Juice

Recipe makes 3 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 650g roughly chopped red cabbage
  • 220g blackberries or blueberries
  • 1 red beet, chopped
  • 1 large bunch purple kale, chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled & chopped
  • 1 lemon, peeled & chopped
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Method:

  • Place all of the ingredients in your juicer, and process according to the juicer’s instructions. If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend everything together then strain it through a fine sieve to remove the pulp.

4. Pretty in Pink Collagen Juice

Recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ruby red or pink grapefruits, peeled
  • ½ medium-sized papaya
  • 1 pink lady apple
  • 1 lemon, with ends trimmed off
  • Thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 4 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

Method:

  • Roughly chop the grapefruit, apple, and lemon. Remove the seeds from the papaya and scoop out the flesh.
  • Place all ingredients except for the collagen peptides powder in your juicer, and blend according to the instructions. Note: a slow, cold-press juicer will work better due to the papaya.
  • Stir in the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides until dissolved. Enjoy immediately!

5. Turmeric Collagen Juice

Recipe makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange, peeled & sectioned
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 1 lemon, chopped (including zest)
  • 4″ knob fresh turmeric, sliced
  • 1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (per serving)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (per serving)
  • Optional: 1 clove garlic or pinch cayenne pepper

Method:

  • Add the orange sections, chopped carrots, chopped lemon, and sliced turmeric to your juicer – following the instructions for your juicer (if using the garlic clove, add this too).
  • Divide into servings, as desired.
  • Stir in the Collagen Peptides, raw honey and cayenne pepper, if using. This collagen juice is best enjoyed within 12 hours of juicing.
