5Delivery is always quick. No taste or smell so is great in coffee. I’m on my second tub now and feel I’m not aching as much as I usually do and my daughter said she could notice a difference in my skin!

Love it
5I love this one. I use this and the peptides collagen on alternative days. I don't notice any smells or taste like others have mentioned. I have noticed a huge difference in my hair. Feels thicker and looks shiner. My skin is also glowing. Bring on the mornings so I can have my first cuppa tea, with my collagen powders. Whoop whoop .

Preferred to Bovine
5Having tried the bovine collage my first time, it wasn't really to my taste. So for my second try, I purchased the marine variety and I preferred this to bovine. It also seemed to dissolved easier in my hot tea, and tasted better.

5This product has helped with my back pain. I have degenerative disc disease, and I’ve been taking the marine collagen peptide for over one year. I am in my mid-forties and was also developing wrinkles on my skin prior to taking this product. All these adverse reactions are disappearing. However, it might be worth noting that the plastic container is only half full sometimes, and it might be necessary to be consistent with filling it up to reflect the product's weight as highlighted in the container.

Early days
4I have been taking just one spoon in my morning coffee for about three weeks now. I think it's too early to notice any physical difference so I will continue. I do notice the taste if I drink in tea or juice. Adding this to my daily diet was easy and it doesn't seem to have any adverse effects thus far.

5Hi all, I have been using marine collagen for 3 weeks now. I am 28 years old and suffer with a under active thyroid. 1. Does it taste fishy? tbh, initally opening the tub there was a marine smell and I think the first 3 times I took it, I could taste the smallest amount of fish. (but didnt let it bother me). After a week or so and after experimenting with my drink I found smoothies and green tea made it tastless. :-) to note: i only consume 1 scoop. i will increase in the 2nd tub. 2. consistency - slightly lumpy in a cold drink and needs a lil whisk. - dissolves immediately in hot drinks. 3. Any results - my NAILS NEVER GROW and for the first time in years I can feel strength in them. Which is a good sign. - hair - YES with thyroid my hair always sheds ... and i am never able to grow it longggg. I can feel the thickness at the base of my skull, i see less hair fall too. So its all looking good. I use all of this in the combination with dr vanita rattans skin and hair products (you can kind her on youtube - mainly for skin of colour) -Skin - I am seeing fine lines, so with the above recommendations and collagen i am hoping to see a reduction and improvement. I am positive that there will be a difference. remember: take the right vitamins, rainbow diet, no processed or sugar foods, plenty of water and x2 scoops of vital proteins :-) to gain optimal results. Hope this help. I will probably come back in 2 months or so and write a new reviews. :-) Leena
