Great but hard to swallow
4I’m used to taking the powder and have it dissolve in a hot beverage so this was a big change. The capsules are actually quite hard to swallow and you have to take quite a lot of them every day. But handy for travel which is why I got it.

1Have been using vital collagen for 3 months now, haven't seen any difference in my skin or hair, no improvement in joints either. I used marine collagen 1 month then switched to collagen peptides, I'm 30 and I have very fine lines on my face which I was hoping would go away as I'm using collagen but nothing happened they didn't even become a little lighter than they were before in fact they are becoming more prominent. I sit sometimes with my legs crossed and it sometimes give me knee pain. I think it's totally useless. Should have seen a few improvements by now but nothing. It's just all fancy talk nothing can stop the signs of aging.

5I have been taking the collagen peptide capsules, 6 capsules, twice a day for 3 weeks and can honestly see a difference already, the skin on my face is clear, firmer and has a glow about it, even the skin on the back of my hands is smoother and less crepey. Also when exercising my joints feel less creaky, I am really excited to see how things improve further over time. Excellent product I will definitely be ordering more!

5I have noticed a difference in my skin and nails after about 6 weeks of taking Collegen Peptides. My nails are stronger and have stopped breaking, and my skin looks noticeably firmer around my eyes.

5I started taking the capsules earlier in the year to help with my Collagen. I noticed within a week and so did my Daughter notice when I next saw her. It really improved the texture in my skin and definitely my arms. If I don’t take them for a few days you can really tell, so that’s my prompt to take them.
