A must for B12 deficiency
I was diagnosed with low B12, and had a lot of the symptoms, incl fatigue, anxiety/depression, blurred vision and canker sores in my mouth. I have been taking the vital proteins for about a week & a half, and I can honestly say that my energy has drastically improved. My blurred vision has drastically - not fully improved and my mouth sores are no longer irritating me. Although it’s early days, I am confident that I will receive other benefits in due course. Give it a try if you suffer from B12 deficiency, I’m sure you’ll be pleased, just like I was. Thank you vital proteins 😊.

Great
I have been using it for almost 3 weeks (which is probably too early to see differences in skin) but my body feels great. Additionally to skin benefits I wanted to improve my joint health and unfortunately have sedentary lifestyle. Within first two weeks I have noticed that I can put more strain on my knees and I feel amazing . Like with all supplements it is important to give it some time before expecting to see the results but I could definitely feel it earlier .

My anti-anxiety supplement
These are the only thing that have helped with my anxiety. I take them along with fermented Cod Live oil (armorica brand) .

Amazing product
Really helped with my energy levels and skin is looking a lot better - I usually get hormonal spots but this is seeming to help reduce the appearance and severity of breakouts. Going to buy more!
